Doug Elkins is an incredible painter. His prices were reasonable, and he understands what you want. While working he doesn’t take phone calls except on lunch or breaks, and he cleans up when he leaves for the day. I have used other painters but none that were as through and attentive to detail. Final Coat is amazing!
